The Department of Neonatology looks after the newborn babies born in the hospital as well as those referred from outside for specialized care.

The Department was established in 1992 by Dr. Armida Fernandez, then Professor & Head of the Department.

Courses Offered:
One year fellowship in Neonatology from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences 2 seats per year.

Eligibility criteria: MD Pediatrics / DNB Pediatrics.
